i'm so interested in learning Alternative Medicine and Holistic practice, do i have to go to school [college ] to learn? i've been trying to do some things on my own but its all experimenting. i need more info will you help me.

It depends on what aspect you're interested in, but some college is likely to be required.

For instance, a naturopathic doctor (ND) will have four years of college and four years of naturopathic medical school.

A chiropractor (DC) will have four years of college and 4 years of chiropractic college.

A degree in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine is a three year program. A previous college degree is not always required.

A holistic health degree or one in herbalism will generally be either a certificate program or an associate degree, and can be completed in eighteen months. Some of these are home study programs.
